1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using our website, aicreatorpk.com, and its related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
2. User Accounts and Registration
Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Accurate Information: You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account.
3. Subscriptions, Payments, and Refunds
Billing: We offer various subscription plans for our Service. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually) until you cancel. All prices are listed in PKR or USD, as indicated.
Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it through your account settings before the renewal date.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to the paid features until then.
Refund Policy: Payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods or for unused time in your subscription.
4. User-Generated Content
This section governs the content you create using our AI tools.
Ownership: You own all the content, text, and images you generate using the Service ("User Content"). AICreatorPK does not claim any ownership rights over your creative work.
License to Us: By using the Service, you grant AICreatorPK a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of operating, providing, and improving the Service for you.
Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your User Content and ensuring it complies with our Acceptable Use Policy and all applicable laws, including copyright law.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service to create, upload, or share any content that:
Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or hateful.
Infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights, including copyright and trademark.
Promotes discrimination, bigotry, racism, or harm against any individual or group.
Contains sexually explicit or pornographic material.
Is fraudulent, false, misleading, or deceptive.
Attempts to generate or disseminate spam.
Violates the privacy of others.
You also agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our Service.
6. Our Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AICreatorPK and its licensors. Our trademarks and branding may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
7. Termination of Account
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties T
he Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the content generated by our AI models. You use the Service at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall AICreatorPK, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Pakistan, and the parties irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
